Similarly, government clients with very large LED street lighting project needs, we can organize a public-private partnership or P3 contracts that assume most of the financing, technical and operational risk by financing the project and entering into a form of lease back or concession over time.

SUSTAINABILITY GOALS

Sustainability means different things to different organizations – from attaining a higher level of energy efficiency for long-term savings to meeting carbon reduction mandates to global responsibility.

An approach refined using the United Nations Triple Bottom Line(TBL) standards, in which benefits are categorized in one of three categories relating to the three E‟s (1) Economic (2) Environmental (3) Equity, also often discussed as the three P‟s (1) Profit (2) Planet and (3) People. The TBL life-cycle benefits of each of the recommendations have been calculated in three successive “return on investment” groups to offer decision makers the choice of where they are willing to draw the line, with: hard‟ economic cost benefits in the first bottom line; environmental cost-benefits that may be legislated or incentivized in the second bottom line; and the human cost-benefits that should drive standards and investments in buildings in the third bottom line. Whatever your objective, GAES can help you reduce your energy footprint through technology solutions, equipment and services that improve facility efficiency over the long term.
